SHIPPING

We will do our best to process all orders within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. This is the amount of time it takes to prepare your order for shipping and not the transit time. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Any potential delays due to a high volume of orders or supply chain issues are outside of our control. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We currently only ship to addresses within the continental U.S, and we calculate shipping costs by weight of package to all addresses in the continental U.S. At this time we do not ship to any APO/FPO/DPO addresses, U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Any order $200 or more will result in free shipping.

International Shipping

 At this time, we do not ship to any countries outside of the U.S. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@makeamericawiseagain.net with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

RETURNS

Our Return Policy

Make America Wise Again, LLC has a 30-day return policy upon, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll email you you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Refunds

We will notify you upon receipt and inspection of your return to confirm with you if the return has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on the original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
